Dr. Bill Kaser, DVM, is the medical director at Brewster Veterinary Hospital. Rick Alto is a certified professional trainer and the owner of Ex Fed Dog Training in Brewster. They are both members of the Friends of Brewster Dog Park Board of Directors.
